Disaster Services: An Overview (DSO) Part I and II
Disaster Services: An Overview is an instructor-led course that provides an introduction to Disaster Services at the American Red Cross. The course engages participants through integrated video and interactive activities. This course replaces both Introduction to Disaster Services and Fulfilling Our Mission – Translating your Compassion into Community Actions. Red Cross volunteers who have taken these courses are not required to attend this course. Prerequisite: None
